Love these gummies! They taste great (seriously – they taste like candy!) and they help me fall into a restful sleep every night. Obviously if you like gummies you’re going to love these and they have a great flavor I could just sit there and eat all of them 😆 let me tell you right now though this stuff WORKS. First time I tried them around 2 pm- bad idea. I took a trip to nap city within the hour. Nights I don’t want to be groggy the next day I take one and nights I can sleep in and take my time I take two. But I really cannot say enough good things about these gummies. My night time anxiety won’t let me sleep and these always do the trick 😊

These gummies are amazing! After I turned 39 years old in march I've been having a lot of "mental" and "physical" issues.I suffer from anxieties and stress that since March have heightened and also been experiences muscle pains that I've never felt before. TMI, but my ovulation has gotten waaay worse. I did a lot of research about what I can take/do to help ease the stress, anxieties and pains, and everything pointed to Magnesium. I started looking on amazon and reading reviews of different Magnesium supplements and ended up choosing this one. One of the reasons is because it also has Ashwagandha in it which also came highly recommended. I can't lie, I was a little skeptical at first, if the Magnesium and Ashwagandha will actually help. Almost 3 weeks later, I can honestly say that I haven't felt so good in a long time. I do still get my down moments, but nothing that I can't handle, compared to 2-3months ago. I feel lighter, more at ease, happier, and even my boss made a comment today about how he's seen a change in me, being more positive, less stressed etc. My sleep has also improved drastically. I'm a person that dreams every night (no good dreams), and I remember everything the next morning. Now, I can't even remember if i had a dream, let alone what is was about. I take 2 gummies @ lunch time, and have no problem falling asleep at night, but if you are a person sensitive to sleeping gummies, I would say take it before bed, maybe 1 or 2 hours before. I take it in the afternoon because I'm on a fasting schedule so I am unable to take it at night. All in all I can confidently say that the gummies do work, and I will definitely be purchasing these again.

I've been taking these gummies for about about a week now, and they do make me sleep faster, better, and they do taste yummy, but I do feel somewhat groggy in the morning. I was hoping to be more energized. Maybe I need to get used to them still?? I've seen reviews about people not liking the fact that they stick together, but they stick together in two's. Sooooo I don't see a problem with that, since they suggest you eat two everyday. Overall I'm happy with these gummies.

This is good stuff! I eat 2 once I’m in bed, and before I know it I’ve drifted off to a restful sleep. Delicious, no after taste. I’m running out and need to order again, but they’re pricy; because if I want to sleep longer I take 4 or more, but when I wake up my eyes lids feel very heavy, almost shut, so I stopped that.Not for insomnia!

Nice taste, texture. For me they make me fall asleep so my advice is take before bedtime. I have neuropathy and these have eased the pain significantly.

I'm a return buyer for this item. It's the greatest magnesium combo I've come across. I love that it's not too sweet. I take it at night because it includes ashwagandha for stress relief.
