Oregano green tea is the best tasting, healthiest. Non dehydrating. Excellent iced it hot.

This is a great tea and the five stars are for the tea itself, but I say the price is most ridiculous for 25 bags of tea then the charging shipping. This is a shameful thing to take advantage of people that need it that are fighting cancer. The price was already expensive and I could barely afford it at $23 plus shipping. Thanks amazon now I can't afford it at ALL!VERY FRUSTRATED

I am estrogen dominant and suffer from PMDD and have noticed a real positive difference since drinking this tea! It has helped to stabilize my mood and provide an overall sense of well-being. Reishi mushrooms are known to help hormonal imbalance and I have to say this claim seems accurate. I drink a cup everyday and will continue to do so!

I loathe prescription medications and mist say that this does help take an edge off my fibromyalgia. It is pricey so I cannot buy it often but it is worth it.

I've used this product before and love the benefits. Yes, green tea is beneficial, and everyone knows this from reading the hype. However, this particular brand... with the ganoderma mushroom... helps me in other ways. I have fibromyalgia. The ganoderma mushroom in this tea helps me to sleep a deeper, more restful sleep (essential for managing fibromyalgia), and also helps my pain the next day, so I drink this tea the evening of a "bad" day, and I DO feel better the next day. Strangely, while I have tried other brands of green tea which say they contain ganoderma mushroom, they do not work like this brand does. Every body is different AND, I am not a doctor and I am not prescribing this for every fibromyalgia sufferer out there, but this product does help ME, and I wanted to share that. (I have told my physician about this tea and it's benefits to me.) It's your decision, if you want to give it a try.The only reason for the 4 stars instead of the full 5, is the price... this tea is expensive. Although I've been told that each teabag may be used more than once, I find the benefits just aren't there with more than one use. So, at one use per teabag, it is quite expensive. So I do reserve drinking it for an especially exhausting day.

Been using this Tea since 2010. If you feel like you are going to get a cold, or if you have a cold, sore throat, etc. This tea BOOSTS your immune system, naturally. Also just spend some time googling the Herb, "Ganoderma Lucidum" it is an Asian herb, the King of Herbs also referred to as the "miracle Herb" because of its healing qualities. If you google ganoderma lucidum and breast cancer, you will also find studies showing that this herb helps to shrink breast tumors. This is my NATURAL way of healing and I start with this before I go to the doctor for any common ailments.

One good thing is I can drink it straight like it is after brewing lol. I haven't noticed a major change or anything different since using this tea, but I'm assuming it may take some time since I don't drink it every day. I have realized that I don't itch as much while drinking this tea, so that's a plus and it could be assisting in getting rid of the inflammation that causes my psoriasis to flare up. I am starting to use the bathroom a little more regularly, not sure if it's this tea or the pau d'arco capsules.

I love this green tea. One bag/sachet can make 3 to 4 cups of tea. The 5th cup is red tea!
