I have been using this same model of laptop computer as an HP employee and have dragged it around the world and subjected it to plenty of abuse the last couple of years. I was so impressed with it that I decided to buy the same model for my wife and I as I retire from HP and turn my HP-issued computer back in. The 2 computers arrived a couple of weeks ago and were like new! They were completely wiped and reloaded with Windows 10 on their new 500Mb SSD hard-drive and were in beautiful condition. Battery life on HP commercial laptops is great and the batteries are long-lived, and these seem very robust so far. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and saved many hundreds of dollars while receiving a laptop capable enough for almost anything you could want to run on it.

The HP laptop was received in like new condition. I was very amazed and appreciative of this. I did have to go out on the Internet and buy MS Office Pro 2019 download for $21, but that's fine with me, and it installed and is working perfectly. I think I'm going to also buy a new battery and install it for around $20+, but that's not a big deal either. So overall an excellent purchase! Very much satisfied!

Just don't buy it. Battery life didn't exist it was not value for money within a couple months it malfunction would not come on and I couldn't return it to Amazon. I regret the day I bought this piece of crap. I wish I could give it no starts.

The device I received was in excellent condition, with a few little nicks here and there but nothing major. All specs are accurate and performance is good for day-to-day tasks. The screen is also very bright and clear and was in excellent condition with no wear or damage. I've had no issues with battery life either and the included charger was an actual HP-branded charger instead of a third-party charger. The only annoyance I found was that after a few months, I started receiving a notice about my Windows license expiring, it seems like the reseller uses a volume license that will expire after some time and I needed to purchase my license to avoid the annoying pop-ups.

I am happy with the Elitebook. It came in excellent condition with everything working. It does not have a 4g modem like the ad alludes to, that wasn't necessary. It came with a new hard drive but the battery is most likely not replaced. There are no blemishes. It runs smoothly and is even better updated to Windows 11. I would recommend this before purchasing any new budget laptop, there is no comparison.

Arrived on time in excellent condition; looks like new; upgraded to windows 11 by seller. Everything works perfectly well. Not a Touch screen. Speed excellent. Everything was as described by seller except No Touch screen.

It's a good PC, I like it size and it work as well as I want in this moment. But the battery cannot hold for 3 hours
