Very nice projection clock
I really like this projection clock. The projector is easy to aim and the projector can be focused, which is an added bonus. It displays the time and shows the temperature and the humidity, as well as the day of the week. It also has a battery back up which saves your settings when there is a power outage. The price was also good.

Great clock
The set up is easy.Temperature and humidity are correct (I have another gadget which measures temperature and humidity, they match, so both are correct.)The main display is bright (there are 4 levels of brightness), but it is hard or impossible to read it at angle if your eyes are below the display, so you may not see it when laying in bed.At darkness projected digits are big, sharp, and red, and can be rotated 0, 90, 180, or 270 degrees. You can rotate the projector around one axis.At daytime, the projected digits can be seen, but they are pale and not distracting. You cannot switch off the projector or change its brightness. It works both with and without batteries. But without batteries it doesn't keep time in case of power outage, so it is best to insert batteries. (2 AAA, not included)With batteries and without AC power, it switches off the projection, and the display becomes hard to see at light and impossible to see at darkness, to save batteries. You still can see time by pressing Light or Snooze button, then both projection and display are switched on for about 10 seconds. Batteries, according to the manual, last for more than 12 monthes. It was hard to insert batteries, I needed to apply force.

What are you doing, La Crosse?
La Crosse has a reputation for quality. The clock is fine, keeps good time, easy to set up. But the projected time display uses the ugliest font I've ever seen. Barely readable and certainly not La Crosse quality. I wish they would charge a little more and use a more readable font like most projection clocks use.Update: After one night looking at this ugly projection, I'm returning this clock and buying another La Crosse projection clock. This clock must have been a La Crosse failure; thus the very low price. You get what you pay for.

Great projection clock
This clock is really nice. Not too bright at night and the projection on the ceiling is very clear.

Works great!
Works exactly as described. There’s a focus knob in the back of the laser - not sure why people are saying this thing is blurry. It’s not. You have to adjust the focus. First photo is with flash, second is with lights off so you can see how well it really works.

Replacement Clock
I have been an owner of a Lacrosse alarm clock for 15 years. The power went out and the mode button stopped working. I paid $69 for it.I was amazed to find the exact same clock on Amazon for $18! I love the time projection to the ceiling. Highly recommend this clock!

Nice clock, bad projector, unique projection scheme
This is a nice clock with the key features of temperature and humidity display. You can also change the brightness on the main display (3 settings). Unfortunately, this is not tied to any schedule, so if you have a bright room in the day and a dark room at night, you may find yourself switching between modes. This is reasonably easy since the button on top controls this. It also has a projection display which a unique feature - while most projection clocks can change the orientation of the display (flip it 180 degrees), this also allows you to flip the projection "sideways" (90 degrees). So you can have the clock facing you but projecting on the ceiling that still look normal when you're laying on your back. I have not seen this feature in any other clock.Unfortunately, this feature comes at a cost- the display forms a large red "blob" around the numbers (Img 3)- the numbers are not very clear and some are actually smaller than others (img 2)- the projection cannot be dimmed and is very brightI really wanted to like this clock, it's got a nice modern aesthetic and features, but the projection is a deal-breaker for me.Dimensions: 6" x 4"Display: 3" x 2"Pros:- good looking- large display- dimmer on display- 90 degrees rotation on projectionCons:- bad projection- no dimmer for the (very bright) projectionRecommendation: I really cannot recommend this because the projection is so wonky

LOVE this clock!
We keep the clock in our bedroom on the far side of the room and don't use an alarm so a projection clock seemed like a good idea. I wanted a clock that had a hard wired plug rather than a USB-C with adapter so I decided to try this clock. It's perfect! The numbers are white and large. It has three brightness settings for the numbers as well as the option to turn the display completely off. The numbers on the ceiling are red, very clear and easy to read. It's also easy to position the numbers on the ceiling. We turn the display off at night and turn it back on during the day. We are extremely pleased with this clock and highly recommend it!
