These work so well. Almost immediately noticed less gas and bloat in my stomach. Yes they are a bit pricey but worth it.

Tribiotics are in right now! It was getting so expensive having to purchase all these different kinds of vitamins and probiotics, so I really wanted to find something that combined what I needed into one pill -- cause who likes taking pills? I liked that these were vegan & non-GMO, and they truly do include all the things that you're looking for! Great price as well :)

This prebiotic and probiotic supplement has been amazing! It’s easy to swallow, reduces bloating, and has improved my regularity. The combination of prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes works perfectly, and I’ve also noticed a boost in my immune health. Highly recommend!

These capsules are easy to swallow, and don't have any flavor or scent at all (which is a good thing). They're advertised as a pre-, pro-, and post-biotic, and contain six different probiotic bacteria strains (50 billion CFU total) along a probiotic yeast fermentate, and pomegranate extract. The expiration date on the pack is almost two full years out.I've only been taking them for a few days and can't conclusively speak to whether or not they're helping/working, but as probiotics go, I've been pleased with these.

I've been using these capsules to help improve my gut health and have noticed an improvement with regularity and reduced bloating within the first week or so! The capsules themselves don't have any weird flavor and they are not super big which some supplements are, so its been easy to take them as part of my morning vitamin routine.
