So delicious, and it even gives me a great boost of energy.I also noticed unexpected health benefits. It actually helped relieve my dry throat that I’ve had for years, and it even stopped the dizziness I’ve dealt with since I was young.But just a note, if you take a tablespoon of this and didn’t drink much water, you can get a super dry throat the next day. So now i just do about 10 drops each meal.⚠️ Just don’t drink it on its own—it’s way too salty and bitter. Definitely best when used top of your food!

So good, I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars!!! I love that there is zero sugar. Not even a sugar substitute. Just plain electrolytes. Tastes so good! Also really works to keep me from getting dehydrated on hikes, and no more muscle cramps after workouts!

Works very well and does what it's supposed to do but the taste is awful but you can mix it with juice or just take a quick teaspoon of it in the morning

Love this product. It’s much cheaper to use than buying electrolyte powders & I can add it to anything. I add a packet of crystal lite with some guarana powder & creatine for a high quality pre-workout at a fraction of the price.

I have been using this product for a while now. It was a game changer for me. I have a very physical job in a humid environment and always struggled with cramps at night due to the amount of fluid lost through the day. I no longer suffer from cramps EVER.The taste can be off putting to begin with but the trick is to start small. Around 8 to 10 drops in 24oz of water. You will find it softens the water without it being salty. This is the part that takes getting used to as the water appears a little slimy (Similar to having a water softener installed in your home and showering for the first few times with that soft water)When you adjust to the “feel” of the water in your mouth then you up the dose.I now put probably 15-20 drops into my 24oz water bottle and it actually feels and tastes like I’m drinking milk. I love it!Just one tip, don’t try to leave it for later as it does change after a few hours sitting in the bottle and may not be pleasant.I now have all my friends and colleagues drinking it instead of the sports drinks

Wonderful product for replenishing electrolytes. All natural that comes from the Great Salt Lake.

I would give this product a higher rating but it comes in a plastic bottle. I’ve ordered it previously in a glass bottle with a dropper. I tried to return but no returns on this product.It doesn’t taste pleasant but it gets the job done.
