Epiphone Hard Shell Case for Dobro Hound Dog Resonator

Just received it and love the look, with the Dobro Logo. Quality of the case seems good for the money and i feel I should get many years of service from it. The last case lasted 40+ years, I doubt I will be around to see if this one lasts 40 years lol

Does not fit Dobro with 15" wide lower bout. It fits 3 of my Dobros with 14" bodies, but not the one with 15" wide body. Rather than send it back, I'll try to remove the thick foam padding on the sides where the guitar is the widest.

This is the exact Epiphone case for my Epiphone guitar (MD-100 Chrome body Round-neck Resonator), catalogued as EPI 940 EBICS. My guitar fits in there *perfectly*. The picture in the listing is of a bit older model, this case has the convex area on the front to allow for the biscuit/bridge/cone area, has the newer "Dobro - Since 1928" lyre graphic and shiny brass tag by the handle, includes both inserts for a round-neck and a square-neck guitar, and soft green plush inside. It was at my door TWO DAYS after it was ordered! It shipped in a box-in-a-box, sturdy, taped up well, no damage. All of the hinges and latches work perfectly. There was one small area on the outside that wasn't glued down 100% at the factory, but it only shows when the light hits it right, does not affect the general good looks or solid functionality of this case at all. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Not a good case

Needed a case for my Hound Dog Resonator guitar. This fit perfect. The price was very reasonable.. Very happy with this purchase..
