Helped me to regain my sense of smell
I needed this after a recent bout with the flu drained all my zinc resources. I couldnāt smell or taste properly for weeks and it dawned on me that I was zinc deficient. I ordered this because it has great reviews and meets my daily dose requirements. A day after taking this, my sense of smell started to come back. This hasnāt caused me any side effects and itās easy to take. Just keep in mind that this shouldnāt be taken with vitamin D, but it can be taken with vitamin C.

This is my third bottle. I'm not sure if they are doing what they're supposed to but I know I need zinc. Doesn't upset stomach.
