I purchased this workout bench because I couldn't get the good leg workout I wanted with my old bench. I spent lots of time comparing different workout benches and purchased this one for the following reasons:1. The majority of the reviews are positive.2. This bench allows me to do arm and leg strengthening.3. Appeared to be well madeNow that I have it, I picked the right bench. The instructions are easy to follow. Plan on 30 to 45 minutes at most to assemble. There are plenty of pictorials showing how to assemble parts. All tools needed for assembly are included in the box. The soft materials appear to be good quality and metal materials are well made and heavy duty. The bench also has built-in wheels fir easy relocation. Time will tell how the seat and back support soft materials hold up. I'm a hefty guy and when I seat on the bench it feels sold and doesn't rock like other cheap workout benches. I could have bought a less expensive bench but in my opinion, this bench is worth the money. I would recommend this product to a friend. I purchased this product on a Monday and it was promptly delivered the next day. A big thanks to the Seller for excellent shipping time.

Solid workout bench with excellent construction. I am and experienced lifted with over 20 yrs of experience and can say that it is on par with what I would look for in a commercial gym in terms of weight and quality. Excellent range of angles for adjusting the bench and it was easy to assemble. My only critiques are that the built in preacher curl does not allow for full range of motion at the extension aspect. Also the leg curl is difficult to find the right position to allow full range of motion as well. Regardless, this is a fantastic solid bench with excellent design and multifunctional properties. I would highly recommend it in all ways.

It's decent. Instructions look intimidating but with power tools it took 25 minutes to put together. It's heavier than I expected. So moving it around is a little bit of a pain. Range of motion on preacher curl is just a touch short but it works. I'm 6'3 and leg extension works well. Rubber feet don't stay on so you'll have to glue them. Overall happy. This thing is way over-built. Quality piece.

I'm very satisfied with the Bench3000 MAX. I bought in on sale for $299 in January 2025. It's very comfortable, sturdy, and versatile. That also means it's a little heavier and longer. The bench has roller wheels on one end which makes it easy to move (lift up other end to roll). I'm only rolling it straight forward and back from under my smith machine / home gym. I have the preacher pad and leg extension attached. Even though I don't use them every day, I really enjoy having additional exercise options. The incline and decline is very solid and the base provides great stability. It's only been 3 months, but there's no sign of wear. I think this is a great product if you are looking for something very sturdy that is comfortable and versatile.

Quality weight bench, sturdy and solid yet easy to move around if needed. Love the combination of the incline/decline bench with leg extension, hamstring curl and bicep curl attachment. Love the clear marking of angles for incline and decline, and is easy to adjust. I waited a long time to get a weight bench, very happy with this purchase!

Excellent bench for the price. Construction is solid and adjusts easily. Definitely have no conplaints especially for a garage gym. I don't often use it for anything other than a bench so I can't speak on the durability of the leg extension or preacher pad. Also easily wheels out of the way or stands up against the wall if you are tight on space.

Great product and one of the best things about it is the assembly. I’ve assembled many things in my life and this has been by far the easiest.
