Tenting Makes It Worth The Money!
I purchased the Lift Kit (AC910) for use with wrist rests to get tenting. After having tried all three tenting levels, I find tenting adds enough benefit to be worth-while. I initially felt the Lift Kit seemed a bit pricey but if I consider the benefit added by tenting, the ability to easily switch between tenting levels while using the wrist rests, the ability to easily install and remove them and the sturdy support they provide during use, I feel they are worth the money spent.

broken wrist savior for typing
I got this with the kinesis edge keyboard to have a more ergonomic setup while healing from two broken wrists. I was originally concerned that it didn't offer a tilting option for the front/top of the keyboard but after using this for a few days, I realized there is no need for that. The tenting offered (along with the superior wrist pads of the kinesis freestyle edge keyboard) is exactly what I needed and has made the difference for me being able to type for a full 6 to 8 hours rather than the 1 or 2 I could do on a regular keyboard.I did read some negative reviews about the kit being flimsy but I have not found that to be the case. It snaps into place and is quite sturdy. I suspect the reviewers hadn't installed the kit correctly. That said, I'm not using this for gaming, just typing. Anyhow, if you're suffering from wrist pain or healing from broken wrists, I can't recommend this (along with the kinesis split keyboard) highly enough! Do wish the two came together though, it is kind of silly that you have buy this separate.

Sturdy and easy to install on the KINESIS GAMING Freestyle Edge RGB Split Mechanical USB Keyboard
These optional add-on lifts can be set at several possible angles and easily snapped on (and off) making for a quick and useful modification to the ergonomics of this fine keyboard.Unfortunately, I found that I couldn't find a suitable keyboard arrangement due to arthritic hands and very limited range of motion in my wrists -- so I had to return both the keyboard and the lift kit.The returns were smooth and quick -- Thank you Amazon!

A good addition to the keyboard they pair with.
They make the keyboard they pair with significantly more ergonomic. I feel they are a bit overpriced and should just come with the keyboard for what it cost.

Allows for tenting keyboard at various angles
$37 is a lot to pay for a few small pieces of plastic, so I wouldn't rate this as *great* value for money, but I'm sure it's a low-volume product, and you have to recoup the R&D across your sales base.It works well, keeps the keyboard stable, and provides three different tenting angles--5, 10, and 15 degrees--that seem likely to satisfy most people. If you don't need multiple angles, and have a 3D printer, you could save a few bucks by printing out your own supports and save the time needed to complain here about how expensive they are or the fact that they don't come with the keyboard.Judging by the reviews, it bears mentioning that if you want to use the 10 or 15 degree settings you need to "snap together" the two leaves of the supports. They snap and unsnap easily.Oddly, both sets I've gotten are a dark gray, rather than black like the keyboard they connect to. They are close enough to coordinate, but it won't matter because you'll never see this support, which sits underneath the keyboard.

worth it!
simple and easy to install when I watched the video. I find the lowest tilt is best for me. These made a big difference for me and were well worth the money.

Helps end wrist pain
Easy to put on and take off. Perfect height for me (but to be fair I also have a sit stand desk so it's easy to have the height be perfect all the time). It's stable, no wobbling at all. No more wrist pain.

Works wonderfully
After using at work for about a month, I have yet to have the tenting mechanism fall as other reviewers described. The included instructions seem quite clear on how to set it up properly, and if you follow them, you shouldn’t have any issues. In my opinion, the 15 degree tenting is quite extreme, but it’s nice to have the option just in case. All in all, a great addition to a great keyboard!
