Easy to install, saved $$$$
Not being a very handy girl, I was surprised that I was able to install this myself with only the help of two minute video. The instructions provided were not enough for me but with a quick search I was able to find someone installing a similar product that gave me the insight I needed. Before starting I did give the old bolt a quick spray of WD-40 as the bolt didn’t want to budge. Let it sit overnight if possible. The important info provided was that it is OK to GENTLY bend the gold metal bar to make it fit inside your toilet tank properly. Seems my plastic bar disintegrated but I’m hoping the new metal bar will have longer staying power. I was even able to keep the old chain and will save the one provided for future use. For under $10 and twenty minutes of my time I saved myself minimum of $75 my handyman (not even a plumber) wanted to just to look at this issue.

Buy a metal rod - not the plastic ones.
I've had two plastic toilet bowl levers break in just 4 years. So, I bought a metal one. I anticipate that this problem is solved.

Easy to install in toilet tank.
Minimal instructions... but easy to figure out how to install in toilet tank. Had to bend armature to match inner curve of tank. That was easy also. This seems to be an excellent quality part.

Easy installation
Easy to install. No instructions and limited photos for reference. I would buy it again if I ever needed it.

Simple Enough
Works as intended. I did have to bend the rod to conform to the shape of my toilet bowl, but for the price point, I couldn't complain. Crisis averted.

Not universal
If you have American Standard toilets do not order this. I had to bend it in 2 different directions to get it to work with our toilet.

If ya got the tism in ya
Thought it wouldn't work cause my old one was something architects would call "triangular" and this one was more of that one particular "square" shape, but after contemplating my life for 15 minutes straight before I tried to install it, the almighty porcelain gods touched me with there forbidden knowledge and I installed it and it worked great. Literally divine intervention.
