I only take half a capsule because more than that makes me hot and anxious. It helps me sleep better at night but I make sure and take it before 4:00 pm.

I lost over 30 pounds in the past year and my boobs shrunk a little. I decided to try these to see if they could help make them a little bigger and while I haven’t really noticed any difference with that, my skin looks so amazing!! I had some fine lines on my face and can hardly see them now. I’m 39 and don’t have any menopausal symptoms yet. I also only have been taking it about 3 weeks out of the month because I don’t want to be extra fertile during the week I ovulate, so I skip that week. I only take one a day.

Arrived on time, easy to swallow, no different as far as results.

I bought this product after reading that it could help with inducing or making ovulation more consistent. We had been struggling with infertility for close to a year so I was anxious to try it. I was incredibly disappointed to see what arrived at my door. What I received was in a completely different package and was a different dose as well. These are sold as 50mg but are actually 100mg. I did not have time to reorder them before I had to start taking them so I crossed my fingers that the higher dose wouldn't cause any issues. I am happy to say that it had the opposite effect. I took these on cd3-7 and ended up getting a positive pregnancy test a few weeks later. I did get headaches whiles using this as well as mood swings. I credit this product with our pregnancy success but I wish they were more clear on the actual product.

Definitely going to keep ordering these. 21st century brand is the best soy isoflaveones on the market and have very potent effects and are highly effective (for me) I also look forward to it's natural supreme estrogen boosting effects. It also has greatly improved my mood. I was having mood swings everyday and these 100% helped. I decided just to take one a day in the beginning and that's all I've needed. These have made a big difference especially with bringing back my energy and focus. I've gone through my first bottle and just ordered two more. Definitely recommended for women who are going through the changes. I'm in my late 40s and am so glad I found these!
