When we received the, checked for proper quality, working, etc..But unfortunately the mic is not working and the charging cord also not of any use.Tried to connect for replacement, then got to know that we need to connect with the Ptron team and then to go online support to claim warranty.Even after doing the process I got a message for picking up of product within 2-3 workings days. And the courier service people don’t show up and just update online that the attempt was made to pick the product but the customer asked for later which is an utter lies.Further as the last date to claim the replacement was 5th April 2025, still the courier services didn’t made the pick up.Now I don’t think there will be any pick up or replacement or warranty claim.Even if I do go to the service centre by myself or through courier, I don’t trust that I will get any kind of replacement, refund, or a good product..Hence I won’t go further with this again.

Best Speaker in this price range with RGB lights and the sound was so clear with good bass. It gives a battery backup of 3hours continuous usage without RGB lights. If RGB lights are working it gives 2hours 20 min battery backup.Build quality is also good. The mic which is provided also very long cable with good voice quality.

This product lacks the reputation of brand 'ptron' Vocal sound is good, but not music qwality. Bass is poor. It should have aux input, wireless mic and remote.However, with this price, this product is good .

You can take the stereo sound quality anywhere, indoors or out and its rechargeable battery means that it is fully portable. During night time the RGB lights are awesome. There are stereo speakers and a built-in karaoke function (yes, my kid is obsessed with singing via the included 3-meter wired mic which has good voice clarity) so audio comes through loud and clear. The built-in BT, USB and SD card slot allows me to stay connected with your digital music on the go. Type-C charging port with long battery life make it usefull while we are going for outing.
