Easy to use and maintain/clean
I had been using Waterpik Cordless Advanced Water Flosser for 9 years until I dropped it. Decided to switch to this one and I am super glad I did! Been using this for months now and definitely prefer the design of this flosser vs my waterpik. It's way easier to clean and drain which helps to prevent the mold/mildew to grow on the water flosser itself. With waterpik it's pretty hard to clean or drain the water inside the mini water tank. This one works like a screw top, so putting water in/out is more convenient.

Gorgeous gum cleaner, absolutely worth every penny
This is my favorite purchase of 2025. We're one day shy of halfway through the year, so I feel confident saying that. First, I love the color. I love that it isn't a boring black or white. The water pressure is nice for me, I use the single attachment.Typically, I fill this up once during my rinse. I don't count the whole time, but wow I've noticed my gums aren't as angry red. This is incredibly portable and honestly has been such a game changer for my mouth health. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to talk about that, but we are, dear reader. If you're on the fence, I'd say to with it. Go with any of them. This device is insane and it's crazy to me that they aren't more common. I feel like it's the same as discovering a bidet in the "how have I lived this long without one" feel. Maybe also the spraying.

Great flosser
Great flosser. The control buttons work well. The pivoting head is good. The pressure is good. Compared with Waterpik battery models, this is a better made product. Also compared to the Quip flosser, this is better because the water tank is fully removable, and you can clean it thoroughly. You can disassemble this flosser so it can dry completely which helps against bacteria or mold forming on its surfaces. The quip water tank is not removable and there is gunk/microbes forming in the crevaces over time. Some Waterpik water tanks are L shaped which also make some areas unreachable for cleaning. This is a superior design. The water intake tube is also weighted so it can draw water from the corners when tilted. Why did I take off one star? In the year 2025, OEMs should not be using proprietary charging ports for no good reason. Most battery devices are transitioning to USB-C. We do not need more cable garbage on this planet plus if you lose the special charging cable or damage it good luck getting a new one. Plus it's one more cable when you travel. Hope EU regulators crack down on this like they did with the iPhone.

A bit more expensive but well worth it
This is the 4th waterpik style flosser I’ve bought from Amazon over the last 3-4 years. All the previous ones have been cheaper no- name models that worked fine but eventually the batteries all failed. This time I went for the Phillips brand model. So far I’m really impressed. The water jet is very high frequency pulses and seems to clean very effectively. I’m also pleased with how long the battery lasts on a single charge. I’ll know more after I’ve used it for a while but it looks like one charge lasts at least one week of Dailey use.Overall it was a bit more expensive but so far seems well worth it.

I'm impressed. Definitely good job from Philips!
My dentist has recommended me water flosser and I made little bit research. This model one of the best. And I've decided to try. I regret that I haven't started earlier. I would definitely recommend this device! Easy to use and to clean.

Great for your gums!!
At the urging of my dentist I finally broke down and bought a waterpik for my gums. What a game changer! I absolutely love it. My gum have never felt better and healthier. Brushing and flossing alone does clean my teeth as well as it should. My only regret is that I did not buy this sooner before my gums started recessing. I will use it consistently to maintain and heal my dental health.

Pump on Black 3000 Broke Within First Charging Cycle
After using the PHILLIPS SONICARE CORDLESS POWER FLOSSER 3000 (WHITE), I loved it so much, I ordered a second "3000" flosser in black from the same Amazon product page. The white flosser has a USB charger cable, the black flosser has a proprietary 2-pronged charger cable. I think that the 2-pronged cable comes with an older model "3000" flosser, though the packaging on on my two flossers is identical (except for the color). The white flosser is performing beautifully through at least two charging cycles. The black flosser has failed completely within the very first charging cycle. I was concerned at first that there was something wrong with the black flosser's rechargeable battery, but now I think that the pump controller is the problem. When the flosser handle is fully charged, pressing the on/off button on the failed flosser causes the pump to operate in short bursts, if at all. The pump sometimes runs continuously, if the flosser is held tip down so that water can run through it into a sink.My guess is that water gets into the handle during flossing, and eventually reaches the pump, causing it to fail. Failure after a short time seems to be a problem with Waterpik cordless flossers as well as with these Phillips Sonicare cordless flossers. There is no question but that water flossers clean between my teeth much more effectively than dental floss. I need to use a water flosser, so I'll have to keep searching for one that lasts at least a year, or that doesn't build up black mold in the wand like some noncordless Waterpik flosser models do.You may want to purchase warranty coverage, if it's available, for any water flosser purchase. Also, be sure to read the one-star reviews for any water flosser you are about to buy.
