Great case. I’ve used these cases for years Durable and works well

A little heavy compared to standard Iphone but reassuring to have extra battery when traveling etc

It functioned great, very durable, not bulky. No more charging on the run

Nice in theory but does the opposite of what it’s advertised to do. My phone spends all day charging this case and dies so quickly now. It even shows in my settings app if you don’t believe me. Can’t contact anyone from support, can’t speak to a real person. Can’t figure out why this is happening. I’m not the only one to leave a review like this so I know it’s an issue others have. My only option is to return it. I wanted this to work. especially for the price.

Protective case that also has a small battery back-up pack in it to enhance air time when needed. A great device , especially when one is away from a charger. Can’t go wrong! I love mine!!!!

I just upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro and was looking for a battery case to rival the wonderful Apple battery case I had for my iPhone 11 Pro.While doing my research, Mophie looked like the only established company offering a legitimately compatible battery case, so I was happy to pay a bit more for what I hoped would be the best product.Unfortunately, when it arrived, I quickly noticed that my wired earbuds would not work with it, so I had to either take my phone out of the case for phone calls, podcasts and Apple Music or buy wireless earbuds, which are not cheap, require constant recharging, and often result in inferior audio quality.To be sure I didn’t have a defective case, I tried to contact Mophie support and, despite their website saying, “We are committed to providing a world-class customer experience,” it was impossible to get past their primitive chatbot after hours to send an email. I then called the next day and waited at least 15 minutes to speak to a human. The human, while very friendly, did not have a definitive answer to my question, which must have been asked before.As a final note, this case feels very 2010 in its design. It adds at least 1/2 inch to the length of the phone, which makes it a bit clunky and unwieldy to use. It does feel solid, though, and I’m confident that it would protect my phone if I dropped it.This case may be fine for you if you already use wireless earbuds and don’t mind having a very long phone. As for me, I’m going to keep looking for something that better meets my needs.
