Nice to have prepackaged items specific to your gender makes it much easier. I do a lot of traveling used to make up my vitamins, individually, and Tupperware cups now I can just throw these in my bag and go.

So much here including the fish oil. The pills are a bit on the large size and there are a few of them. They don't bother me though. An easy way to get the vitamins I need.

I bought this vitamin complex for my husband, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the results. He took it regularly as directed, but didn’t notice any difference in how he felt or in his energy levels. We expected more, considering the price and the promises from the manufacturer. We’ll try something else next time.
