The stuff works! I don’t take any prescription medication‘s. This is very effective and balancing your hormones for per menopause. My body aches completely went away when I started this.

I finally have some relief with hot flashes and I'm sleeping better throughout the night. The hot flashes still come but they are not as frequent. They are bearable compared to what i was experiencing. My mood has improved. I've only been taking this supplement for about 5 days. So far so good. I will update my review once I'm done with the bottle.

I would research any supplement fully before purchasing. I saw a video testing this brand and some of the listed ingredients weren’t in the actual product in the video. I reached out to the company and asked for the names of their 3rd party testing companies and where I could find the reports and they refused to give me any of that saying they are transparent but don’t give out that information. There are plenty of companies that do and those are the ones I would trust not this one.
