I take a multivitamin every day because, well let’s face it, most of us don’t eat a healthy diet and don’t get all the nutrients we need from the food we eat.There are a lot of brands out there and most are from companies I’ve never heard of before in my life. And with no oversight on vitamins you don’t really know what you’re taking or exactly how much of a vitamin or mineral you’re getting.I trust Centrum to provide me with the correct vitamins and minerals in a recommended dosage and that they are verified by a third party lab.They don’t give me a sick stomach, the effectiveness is there, and I’m getting the strength listed on the bottle. They don’t smell or taste good but it’s not like you chew them.I would recommend these vitamins for anyone who wants to get the nutrients they need.

I have so much more energy when I take these vitamins. I walk 5 miles a day and play pickleball 3 days a week. I’m 72 yrs. old..

Centrum does not over dose biotin which can cause thyroid issues. Some carry 130% biotin which has caused issues with my thyroid and over all general health. Only issue was I gave instructions to Amazon to deliver vitamins to door and not to leave at metal locker box. Amazon did not relay instructions to postal service so all vitamins were put in hot metal locker box! Luckily I was around that day to pick it up so it didn’t bake in box. All vitamins would’ve been destroyed!

200 tablets, only one a day, and cheap. Beats a lot of other stuff out there.

Buy one at a time or set up a schedule and never run out.

I like these because I can trust the brand. I have been taking them for many years and feel that they are a good quality. Easy to swallow good ingredients. They are the perfect size.

I have been using these vitamins for several years. Amazon is the least expensive supplier that I have found. As far as the actual product, i use it as an additive to a reasonably healthy diet. It is easy to swallow & has no taste that I can tell. Does it work? I’m in my 4th quarter and very healthy. Anything I can reasonably do to stay that was is worth doing.
