…Even for stubborn constipation. And I take medication that creates quite the backup all the time. These help move things along effectively and efficiently.I had to have a second colonoscopy within a month of the first because the clean-out procedure did not work.So before I started the two day prep & liquid diet, I spent the four days prior to the prep setting “dynamite charges” and blowing through the blockage to allow “traffic” to flow.These were extremely effective. And it made the 4 bottles of Magnesium Citrate that I drank work without the horrid cramps and nausea.And it still did not clear all the debris.Thankfully the doctor was able to wash that away, because they found something this time. While it isn’t the worst thing yet, it is one step below the worst thing.These little chewables helped them get where they needed to go to find those things so they could remove them.Now I’m on the 3-year plan. And I’ll keep these close by, just in case.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the convenience and efficacy of this product. Travel friendly and dependable. It tastes good and is easier to use than the powder. The powder miralax has a different ingredient than the chews so it does work differently. Chews are faster working than the powder. You would have to try it out to know for yourself how quickly it works for you Everyone has a different transit time. It is more expensive because I need to use at least 2 chews. I had no cramping whatsoever. Bottom line MiraLAX is a great product either way and I have both the powder and the chews. I use them both depending on my need at the time.

It works. Not as efficiently as the liquid. And it isn’t as gentle. But, it works. I have some GI issues, so I take this in the morning and the liquid late in the day and that works. With prescription meds, but like I said, I have issues.

Had to use these chews about three times now or four times had to use three chews before they worked well directions say adults two to four chews tried two first two times they worked but not good and took longer than the maximum time they said it would take to work but didn’t work great.After taking three chews third and fourth times I noticed to take this product worked great and well within the maximum six hours it supposed to take at the longest time to work

I do not care for the texture of the chews or how long it takes to actually chew them. It is almost like trying to chew gum and then swallowing said gum. It is also not as effective as I would like.It claims to work quickly, but it still takes days for it to work for me, even at the highest recommended dose and drinking the amount of water recommended. I do not want to steer anyone away from trying it, but it did not work well for me.

These work exactly how I had hoped. I unfortunately have to take Miralax every night which is a pain when I travel. I got these to help on short trips and they were perfect. Dosage is 1-4. I take 2 before bed and that works perfectly for me. Taste and texture are good. Little expensive but worth it.

Beware! I bought these for the same reasons as everyone else, and it did not work. The next morning I felt so bloated and even more constipated than the night before and ended up having serve kidney pain to the point of almost going to the ER, it hurt so bad. The chews were chalky taste and texture and made me feel dehydrated too. I have never had kidney pain/issue prior to these, my doc said to stop use immediately. 4 days later I was able to have a BM! These did not work for me and caused me more pain. Unfortunately, they can’t be returned or refunded so I’m up a creek without a paddle. Just beware that there’s better options out there and these may make your symptoms worse.

I regularly use Miralax on a daily basis- sometimes 1/2 dose, sometimes a full dose and that usually does the trick in keeping my GI tract moving. However, on occasion, my abysmal eating habits catch up with me and I get stopped up like ther's a big cork stuck in me down there!! Now, I know that Citrate of Magnesia will work, but it depends on me being able to drink the stuff!! Citrate of Magnesia is sooooo sour that not only my mouth wants to reject it, my stomach wants to eject it!! Happily, I found Mirafast Soft Chews; they are a pleasant kind of berry flavor- easy to chew up the two chews and follow them with 8 ounces of water. If that doesn't work after a few hours I repeat it. There is no cramping, I don't experience diarrhea with Mirafast; it just seems to move things along. I am a very happy customer.
