Has impacted great on sleep and quality of it. Reccomend to take in the evening and with full glass of water. Highly recommend

Been taking these for a month now. I have tried magnesium before but this has been the best. It doesn't help with my sleep but I really do think it helps me cope better when I've had no sleep. I feel less lethargic and can get on with my day. No idea if the turmeric helps with anything, I've not noticed anything different.

It's early days, the tablets are quite big and hard to swallow even broke in half as the dose is three a day. Hope there are good results.

Helped with my cramps and lowered blood pressure which was great as it was slightly elevated. Worth buying if you've got muscle cramps and elevated blood pressure or also helped stabilise my mood funny enough so all round happy with this product which has become a staple.

I have only just started to take this brand to help me unwind and to fall asleep quicker. So far it seems to be working as well as my previous but more expensive Magnesium 3in1 product. Long may it continue. I do find that Magnesium does help me with unwinding and falling asleep.
