The product looks very elegant and beautifully made however it gets very hot, even at the lowest setting it burned my hair. I have babyliss and an another brand’s curling irons, they never burned my hair. I am not sure if I can return it but I deffo would if I can.

I had to return this product - we bought it for my daughter's main birthday present as she has long thick hair and this product was recommended for it. This product looks stylish, but unfortunately it merely got incredibly hot and burnt my daughter's hair rather than curling it. Her hair smelt burnt all day on her birthday. Other family members who use curling tongs every day also tried to use it but no-one could make it curl her hair, we all just succeeded in burning ourselves and my daughter. This is not worth the money and so disappointing considering how expensive it was.
