Reliable
Am writing this review after 2 months of usage. The product is very good and gives a back up for almost close to 8 hours. This enables us to work without any power disturbance.

Works non-stop
I purchased this in August 2023 and it has been working flawlessly till April 2025. In April 2025, we started to face Internet drop on power outages and it stopped giving backup in may 2025.Overall it worked well for 1 year and 7 months. I think it severed the purpose.

Ease of replacement
I purchased this device and it worked well for a year, but after a month of warranty period exhaust, it stopped working. I contacted the Resonate customer care. They replaced it with a brand new UPS even though the warranty period had already passed. Thanks for supporting Resonate.

Be watchful with replacement option " 7 days Service Centre Replacement"
I purchased this item and received defective item. When I check with customer care team, they told that I need to contact product service centre. I would really suggest to check the replacement option before purchasing this product. If the option is "7 days Service Centre Replacement", think twice or thrice before purchasing product because I had very bad experience with this product.

Compatibility
Very simple, but robust, user friendly equipment which can be installed in less tha a minute. Functions very efficiently. But before buying, check compatibility as suggested by manufacturer. An awesome product.

Worked for 5 years! Go for it!
Purchased in February 2020. Worked with zero issues till April 2025. Worth much more than the money I paid for it. I decided to write this review now afyer it stopped working. Buy with absolute confidence. I am ordering it again.

Good but not long lasting
This is ok product but stops working once the warranty period is over. This was the 2nd time I bought this and stopped working after an yr or two.
